How to Transfer Notes from iOS to Mac

Transferring notes from your iPhone or iPad to your Mac using VoiceboxMD is a simple process. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition:

1. Log in to VoiceboxMD
2. Access Your Notes
   • Right-click on the Microphone icon in the top bar.
   • Select the Notes option to view all the notes you saved on your iOS device.
3. Copy Notes
   • Click on any note to copy it.
   • And paste it anywhere you want.
     • You can efficiently copy and paste all of your mobile nodes when you are prepared to integrate them into your EMR or EHR.
4. Delete Notes
   • To delete a note, simply click the delete icon next to it.
   • Once a note is deleted on your Mac, it will also be removed from your mobile device, keeping your records synchronized.
